The module features a Freescale MPC565 processor, 256Mb of internal flash data storage, 2 CAN2.0B channels, RS232, and a USB interface that supports moving files onto thumb drives. The hardware is a rugged design capable of shock, vibration, moisture, and temperature extremes found in heavy duty applications. Combining this data logger with a Wi-Fi, cellular, or satellite modem creates a complete machine to machine automated data gathering network.
